I decided that in dealing with my IBS and other gut issues, it would be helpful to have some sort of organization to this blog o’ mine. I have come up with the following weekly line up:
Monday: “Meditative Monday” A Selection of quotes, thoughts, and inspiration to meditate on throughout the week.
Tuesday: “Tame the Beast Tuesday” Ways to “tame” annoying bad gut symptoms
Wednesday: “Work It Wednesday” Exercises and practices you can do to improve overall gut health
Thursday: “Tummy Talk Thursday” What your gut may be telling you
Friday: “Fun Filled Friday” Posts for fun and laughs because laughter is the best medicine
Saturday: ”Sizzlin’ Saturday” Recipes for sensitive tummys that you can sizzle up on your own
Sunday: “Suggestive Sunday” Exploring gut health related suggestions
I hope that you find this to be a fun filled journey with me as I try to improve my health and well being. I am by no means a doctor. I gave up my dreams of going into medicine once I went through organic chemistry for the 3rd time in college.
